How do I claim my workshop listing?
Send us an email at [email protected] with your workshop name, Google Maps link, and verification of ownership (business license or linked Google Business Profile). Claiming a listing is free and gives you the ability to report incorrect information and add supplementary photos.
How is the BSU Score calculated?
The BSU Score is a 0–100 composite of four factors: Google rating (40 points), review volume on a logarithmic scale (30 points), profile completeness (15 points), and a quality bonus for workshops that combine high rating with high review volume (15 points). How often is the data updated?
We re-sync the entire database from Google Maps weekly. New workshops typically appear in our directory within 7 days of being added to Google. If you've recently opened a new workshop and don't see it, send us a tip and we'll prioritize the next sync.
I found incorrect information — how do I report it?
Email [email protected] with the workshop URL and a description of what's wrong. Because our data comes from Google Maps, if the Google listing itself is wrong, we recommend reporting it to Google first — our next weekly sync will then pull the corrected version.
Do you accept paid listings or sponsored placements?
No. We do not accept payment to rank a workshop higher. We do not have sponsored content, featured placements, or paid top-10 lists. Our entire business model relies on being trustworthy, and we've deliberately built the BSU Score to be impossible to game through payment.
