Independence

BestServiceUAE operates independently of any auto repair workshop, dealership network, parts supplier, or industry body. We do not accept payment, sponsorship, or any other consideration in exchange for higher rankings, positive reviews, or preferential treatment of any kind.

Data sourcing

All workshop data — including Google ratings, review counts, business categories, addresses, phone numbers, operating hours, and photos — is sourced from publicly available Google Maps data via authorized API access. We do not fabricate, modify, or selectively filter this data to favor any business.

Scoring methodology

The BSU Score is a transparent, reproducible 0–100 metric. The formula is published in full on our methodology page. It combines four public signals: Google rating (40%), review volume (30%), profile completeness (15%), and a quality bonus (15%). No workshop can influence its score through payment or relationship.

Aggregate ratings

We include AggregateRating structured data only for workshops with 10 or more verified Google reviews. Workshops with fewer reviews are listed but do not receive a rating in our Schema.org markup, because we consider thin review data unreliable.

Corrections and disputes

Workshop owners may contact us at [email protected] to report factual errors (wrong phone number, incorrect address, closed business). We will verify and correct the information in our next weekly data sync. We do not remove or alter BSU Scores based on owner requests.

Content generation

Introductory texts and FAQ sections on emirate, category, and area pages are generated with AI assistance (Claude by Anthropic) based on real statistics from our database. All generated content is reviewed for factual accuracy before publication. We do not use AI-generated fake reviews or testimonials.

Updates

Our database is re-synced from Google Maps weekly. Individual workshop pages reflect the most recent available data at the time of the last sync. The sync date is displayed in the site footer.
