Workshop information

The current selection contains 376 profiles: 244 in Dubai and 132 in Sharjah. It uses imported directory records and reviewed public company or other source pages. Published business contacts, address or coverage wording, listed work and source history are shown with qualifications. Imported ratings and review counts are excluded from this mode.

Public availability does not mean that a field is independently verified or that the business operates today. If a business contact, location or other detail is incorrect or should be reviewed, prepare a correction request. Do not send private information about other people when a public source can explain the issue.

Information in this browser

• Comparison shortlist: up to three admitted workshop IDs are saved in this browser's localStorage under bsu-first-launch-shortlist-v1. They may remain between visits until changed or cleared. They are not a user account.
• Return to results: sessionStorage under bsu-local-catalogue-return-v1 stores the city and results path for this tab session. It can include the search, service, area and page you selected. Browser session restoration depends on the browser.
• Comparison links: selected workshop IDs appear in the comparison URL. Anyone you share that URL with can see the selection; the site does not publish it automatically.

Remove workshops on the comparison page to change the saved shortlist. To remove all locally stored site data, use your browser's site-data controls; this also resets saved selections and navigation context.

Saved workshops and repair briefs

Saved workshop IDs are stored in this browser under bsu-saved-workshops-v1, separately from the comparison shortlist. Use Saved to review or clear them. Saved-page URLs can contain workshop IDs and are visible to anyone you share the link with. No account or cross-device synchronisation is provided.

The repair-brief tool prepares text on the current page. The application does not store its car description or symptoms in browser storage or submit them to a server. Copying a brief or comparison link places it on your clipboard; it does not send an enquiry or make an appointment. Browser features may retain form state under your own settings.

Correction text and email

The correction page holds your description and optional source URL in the page while preparing a message. The application does not save that draft in localStorage or sessionStorage and does not submit it to a server. Browser features may preserve form state according to your settings.

Preparing a message sends nothing. Copying places the message on your clipboard. Opening an email draft passes its recipient, subject and message to your configured email app or service. You decide whether to send it. If you send an email, your email provider and the recipient receive the message and sender details; it is then handled outside this website.

The operator has not yet confirmed mailbox access, email provider, retention or deletion rules. No automatic deletion period or response deadline is promised. Email handling remains unresolved.

Interactive maps

Our embedded maps use OpenStreetMap tiles. When the map comes into view, your browser requests visible map tiles from tile.openstreetmap.org. That provider receives network information such as your IP address and the website origin. The map does not request your device location. Workshop markers use existing catalogue coordinates where consistent with the listed area; they are approximate, and some listings have no reliable pin. Page requests and external links

Opening a page sends its path and query parameters to the hosting provider, including searches, filters and comparison IDs present in the URL. Do not put private information in a search or URL. The application has no account system, booking or payment flow, or automatic message-submission API. Interface assets are served with the website. Actual infrastructure analytics and logging settings still need confirmation.

Links to workshop websites and other external sources open external services. Those services handle your visit under their own practices. A phone link uses your calling app; the prototype does not place a call itself. The site is deployed on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled using automatic script installation. It measures visits, page views and page-performance data. The browser sends analytics requests to Cloudflare; collection may be prevented by browser settings or blockers. No advertising tracker has been added. See Cloudflare Web Analytics information. The application has no server sessions or database, and Workers observability is disabled in its configuration. Deployment does not establish the actual account-level logging or analytics configuration. Actual account-level infrastructure logs, recipients and retention still need confirmation; this is not a claim that a public hosting provider keeps no logs.

If the product later adds submissions, accounts, bookings, payments, analytics or other storage, this description must be reviewed against the implementation before those features go live.
